We hate the words, “leading provider” and “cutting edge” and “solutions” or even the best at. Yes, we used the word “HATE”. We’re very passionate (we hate that word too) – we feel very strongly about the right and wrong way to tell your story, to get across the message.

When we started building websites in 2006 we noticed a disturbing trend among web designers to make pretty pictures on the web that weren’t very useful to the companies that paid them to do that. Maybe back in 1996 it was enough to just be able to say that you had a website. But, today, a website is a tool to communicate with current and future customers. If the tool is difficult to use; or worse, difficult to find, it does not serve its purpose.
